BRAC, an international development organisation founded in Bangladesh, is seeking a Manager for the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) team within the BRAC Youth Platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing BYP’s MEAL systems, tools, and guidelines at the BRAC Head Office location in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop M&E framework, plan, and guidelines for youth programmes and projects.
- Develop monitoring tools and formats.
- Provide technical inputs to the project team to conduct baseline, evaluation, and research studies, etc., and assist in different learning initiatives and dissemination sessions.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate must have excellent project management, communication (especially writing), Microsoft Office, and the ability to conduct online research.
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters preferably in Science/Social Science/Business/Education/Arts/Fine Arts or any other relevant discipline from any recognized university.
